1. Access & Eligibility
assume.lol is an invite-only platform reserved for community members in good standing. Access is granted exclusively through a valid invitation code issued by an existing member or an administrator. By accessing the platform, you confirm that your invitation is authentic and was issued to you personally.
2. Invitations
Invitations are non-transferable and linked to your verified identity. Sharing, selling, or distributing your invitation code to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent removal from the platform. Each invitation may only be used once.
3. User Conduct
Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international digital regulations. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, to distribute harmful content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
4. Profile Content
You are solely responsible for the content you publish on your profile. You grant assume.lol a non-exclusive license to display your content as part of the service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse, violation of these terms, or conduct deemed harmful to the community. Terminated users forfeit access to all platform features.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
